My Students

My students love engaging projects that challenge them to think outside the box. They love working in small groups using critical thinking to solve problems. My students are brave, creative and hard-working. Students learn best through hands-on experiences and through the process rather than always have to produce a product.

My students are inquisitive, fun-loving and eager to learn.

Once they enter our doors, they become our future. They are curious and fearless all at the same time. It is key that they are able to apply the knowledge and skills learned.

My Project

Building with LEGO STEAM Park will enrich our students with problem solving, critical thinking skills, expand creativity and explore real-life STEAM activities. The Coding Express set will assist me in teaching basic coding skills to our young learners. The students will be able to use the WeDo robot and use scratch coding skills to retell stories by creating a video with career figurines.

These materials will spark curiosity, collaboration, creativity and confidence.

It is my hope that use of these materials will introduce to a wide variety of careers that are STEM/STEAM related. We are preparing our students for the future.
