My Project

Appreciating the culture of others encourages students to become more understanding and acceptable of other people. Understanding and acceptance prepares students to become better citizens.

The world is a multi-cultural community consisting of numerous ethnicities and customs.

This project will advocate and promote cooperation and cohabitation through research and discussion.

Being able to print their projects in color will enable students to see how vivid the cultures of the world are. The student body, faculty and staff are a mixture of many cultures, and this project will inspire students to understand others.

Mrs. Sherriel Turner Miami Central Senior High School Grades 9-12

Celebrate Black teachers and kids! This project supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of students are Black.

Equity Focus
