Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As an educator dedicated to English Language Learners (ELL), I strive to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment that respects and celebrates cultural diversity. My goal is to provide students with resources that reflect their backgrounds, experiences, and aspirations. By curating a library filled with culturally relevant books, I aim to foster a deeper connection between students and their learning, making language acquisition not only accessible but also meaningful and engaging. These books not only reflect the diverse backgrounds of students but also provide opportunities for meaningful discussions around identity, culture, and language.
