My Project

What I truly cherish about my students is their unyielding enthusiasm and unique perspectives. As I visualize the impact of introducing a collection of high-interest, culturally responsive books, I can imagine how these texts will serve as a bridge, meeting them at their individual reading levels and igniting their passion for literature. These carefully selected books will not only nurture their reading stamina, but also foster a genuine engagement with stories that resonate with their backgrounds and interests. My ultimate goal is to create a library that transcends mere shelves of books, but rather an inviting place that sparks excitement, a place where each student discovers their personal literary journey. It's their extraordinary potential that makes them special, and I am determined to provide them with the tools to explore, imagine, and thrive through the world of reading.
