Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students work hard to learn many different subjects. Their next unit will be about the Chinese New Year.

We are getting ready for the Year of the Rabbit by learning about the Lunar New Year.

We will be enjoying reading about the Lunar New Year. I would like to have plush stuffies of their favorite animal. They would be able to use the characters as reading buddies to practice reading. The stuffies will also be used to retell Lunar New Year stories.

I strive to make learning fun and engaging for my students.

I also find that my students are motivated and highly engaged when they are having fun in my classroom. The plush stuffed animal characters will be wonderful for my students. Thank you for your support!
