Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are ambitious, goal-oriented, and full of questions! They love projects that are both challenging and engaging that allow them to think outside the box. My students come from a low social, economic background. More than 90% of our students receive free lunch. Despite the adversities, they come to school each day ready to try new things. They are my inspiration!

My Project

From creative classroom decor to getting organized. The benefits of a Cricut machine for teachers and students are endless. Because it can quickly cut things out, it makes creating bulletin boards, seasonal decorations, and everything that a teacher could dream up so much easier. The Cricut will also support student learning by providing information to the student in a visual manner. With the Cricut, I will be able to provide my students with hands-on experiences.

The Cricut is a modern way of creating art!

The materials my students and I will create using the Cricut will support the curriculum and promote growth. Creativity can boost mental wellness for both students and teachers.
