My Project

Help me give my students in our public all-girls high school in Brooklyn, NYC art supplies and snacks so they have a safe, fun way to spend time after school and express themselves. Kids spend so much of their time in school and after COVID, face numerous mental health challenges, so it is important we help fill in that gap and help students express themselves and form relationships with others through art projects. Finally, this project also includes snacks for our students.

Hungry students are more likely to sleep in class, have difficulty focusing during a lesson and have overall less energy to learn.

This project will help fulfill that basic need as well. Thank you!
