My Students

My students are hardworking and always up for a challenge. They are great problem solvers and always try to think outside the box! I foster positive communication skills and teamwork within my classroom.

We live in a world where Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics are important and will assist students in personalizing their learning.

Students in my class will challenge themselves, learn to think creatively, and how to persevere through STEM.

My Project

As a first year STEAM teacher, I want to inspire and motivate my students to be interested in science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics. There are so many creative resources that are just a click away on Teachers Pay Teachers that many knowledgeable educators have made. I would love to provide the students at my school with these resources.

In working individually with each teacher at my school, I know how important it is to create engaging and meaningful lessons for our students.

STEAM lessons not only connect to the curriculum, but can also apply to the Habits of Minds and 21st Century Learning Standards. I would love to be able to provide these tried and true resources to the students at my school!
