Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

School should be an expressive experience. These materials will help students express their emotions.

We ask for each item for a purpose.

The paint kits will be used periodically throughout the school to incorporate art into the classroom, and this will also be used to have students creatively show their emotions, when they cannot put it into words. The headphones can be used during lessons to help students focus, but can also serve as a way to help students reset themselves. The tie-dye kit will be used for students to make t-shirts that have positive affirmations on them. The books will give students more options in books in the classroom that can help teach them life-long lessons.
