My Project

I am so excited to work with my 7th-grade students because they are curious, imaginative, and eager to express themselves through art. They come from diverse backgrounds and bring unique perspectives to the classroom, which makes each lesson special. This project will give them the opportunity to take their creativity outside the classroom and connect with nature as they create art.

The supplies I’m requesting—such as pencils, paper, clipboards, and outdoor materials—will allow them to engage in hands-on, immersive learning.

By working outdoors, students will experience art in a new way, drawing inspiration from their surroundings and exploring different techniques in an open, inspiring environment.

My goal for this project is to foster creativity and self-expression while helping my students develop confidence in their artistic skills. I want them to feel empowered to experiment and explore, understanding that art is a personal and dynamic process. These supplies will provide them with the tools they need to create, learn, and grow as young artists, while also giving them a unique, hands-on learning experience that they will remember. My students are special because they approach every challenge with enthusiasm, and with these resources, they’ll be able to further develop their talents and confidence.
