Please help student engagement in my classroom. Now that we are working in groups with other students, we are able to be more creative. We will use chart paper to make posters in groups that focus on the skills we are learning about. Paper plates and paint are for creating landforms, as we learn about our islands and mountains. I will use the ink and card stock to create centers for students to practice skills that we are working on.

We will use construction paper to draw and highlighters to mark things we are reading. The STEM toy, legos, and magnet tiles will allow students to make creations, then reflect and rebuild to improve them. I will put math facts on the Jenga games to help students learn their basic facts in a fun way. It is so exciting to be working with partners and groups as we learn in fun, hands-on ways!
