Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Students will be involved in the creation and design process for this project. Having a heat press and the vinyl makes this process efficient and effective for our classroom.

I would like for my students to create class shirts specific to them to help promote a sense of community in my students.

My students will also have a special gift to take with them after this year is over.

Having students share ideas for the creativity of the design, will ensure I am able to make shirts that really connect with the group of students in my class this year. The heat press and vinyl are versatile and can be used on other items beyond shirts, giving my students many opportunities to engage in creative projects throughout the year.
