My Project

Geometry students will use styrofoam balls, cubes, and paintbrushes to create three-dimensional real-world objects using a variety of 3-dimensional shapes. Many students in the past have built animals, cartoon characters, and robots, demonstrating their creativity while learning to find surface area and volume accurately.

Meeting this goal will supply all students access to materials that could enhance their project—in the past, students bought all items from home.

This limited some student's creativity due to a lack of resources. These materials will provide resources unavailable to some students in the past.
