My Students
My students are an energetic and curious bunch of kiddos! They come to school every day (whether virtually or in person) with smiles on their faces, eager to learn, despite some of the tough situations they come from and the ongoing pandemic we are facing. They are thrilled to learn and grow, every day, no matter what challenges they face in their home lives!
Our classroom is a community where the students can feel excited, included, safe, and successful!
I want to ensure my students have materials that will allow them to explore their creativity and interests safely in the classroom without sharing materials. These materials will be used to create learning packs that students can enjoy during our added enrichment time this year. Your support would ensure we can safely return to the classroom and still have some fun throughout the day!
My Project
When our scholars return to in person learning active play (or recess as you may know it!) will look a lot different than they are used to.
Due to social distancing requirements we need to create individualized bags of materials for scholars to use during our brain breaks and active play times that are fun and engaging while keeping them safe!
We have requested materials like crayons, markers, and colored pencils as well as Creative Creature Dough Builders, Play Doh and Slime, and magnetic building tiles that will help stimulate their creativity and allow them to show off their individual play styles.
