This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Teaching Critical Thinking and Problem Solving skills to middle schoolers in the 21st century, is a daunting task. Therefore, being creative is a priority in my classroom.

Hands-on puzzles, games and will allow students to problem solve, while the ribbons and mirrors are designed for creative movement.

In addition, the students will be involved in several STEM projects this school year. The glue guns will allow them to create their projects in the classroom.

It is my goal that students will be actively engaged in my hands-on lessons, and disengaged from computers and video games.
