My Project
My students are creative and resourceful. If journals are too costly to purchase, why not make our own!? What a brilliant way to solve the problem - and while they’re busy making journals, they’ll be using math skills to measure out the materials we’ve requested in order to create individually designed booklets. The case of paper will of serve as pages, while the poster board will make perfect covers. The tape, meanwhile, will help to bind the edge of their journals and the bins will be a great place to store their color coordinated creations. Lastly, what’s a journal without the pencils to write in their new journal!?
