My Project

As school librarian at an inner city NYC public high school in a low income area, I am constantly looking for resources to engage my students in education because so many of my students are juggling school responsibilities with other life responsibilities. The materials I've requested will make a Library Makerspace section for coding.

Students learn best by doing and experimenting.

These coding kits, the Snap Circuit sets, the Ozobot robot, and the Mech-5 Coding Robot, will provide hand-on coding experience for my students. Knowledge of coding will be invaluable to my students for a variety of career fields.
