My Students

My students are amazing kids who face many challenges both at home and at school. My students all have various disabilities, but they don't let their disabilities hold them back.

All of my students are unique, but one thing is the same in each of them: they love to learn!

My students come from a variety of backgrounds and face many challenges before even entering our school. We work together everyday to overcome those challenges and reach new heights. I work with about seventy-five, special education students every week, reaching kids with various disabilities. My students love to move, explore, and play.

My Project

My students need noise canceling headphones to help them focus in the classroom. My students are all learning at an individualized rate and are often learning and working on different lessons and skills. This means that they need to be able to focus on their individual work and learning, even when other students are learning different things in different ways.

Headphones will help my students to focus on their own learning, even as their classmates are working and learning on different things.

When other students are talking, or working in a group or with the teacher, students will have the option to wear their noise cancelling headphones which will help them focus on their learning goals.
