This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We are a title 1 school and the art budget is drained. We would love a large format printer so students can see their work larger than a sheet of paper and off of a screen. They create mock ups to help them envision what the realized project would look like, but nothing beats the real thing.

Projects we would use the large format printer for are: School event, athletes, christmas wrapping paper fundraisers, etc... We would eventually like to use it to support local businesses and give our students real life applications and opportunities, while supporting the curriculum.
