My Project
My students really like to draw; however, I am not good at presenting it in a way to draw in anime/manga style for the Anime/Film club that meets weekly. I would like my students to take the skills they have and learn to use them from the books that were compiled and/or created by people who know how to teach beginning artists!
I am happy to learn new ways to bring current Japanese pop and anime into the classroom, especially encouraging students to use their artistic skills by drawing their own favorite anime characters and/or self-portraits.
