Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I have amazing students, some of whom have a variety of life circumstances that cause struggle with academic performance. I want to create content that I can post to places like YouTube for students and their families to go to in order to keep up when they are not able to attend class, to augment their studying, or to help highlight information I don't have time to cover in class. The equipment I have requested such as a camera, microphone, and tripod is intended to help me create the content, or to show content in a range of environments where we might not have Wi-Fi services. Your contributions will make a major impact for students at a Title I school with underserved, diverse, and minority students. It will also improve equity and inclusion, as well as enable much easier access to learning and for many at risk and struggling students.
