This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Students
My students are an amazing group of individuals who desire to increase their culinary repertoire. It is my honor to take them on the journey through food while imparting all my knowledge onto them so they can pursue their culinary dreams. This program will give them the opportunity to delve into fine dining, catering, and professional chef services. The experiences allows them to decide which area of culinary world they would like to explore for a future career.
It will also offer them the possibility to host private culinary events or dinners to earn income and make our program self-sufficient as well as escalate our agenda to provide more skills and opportunities to thrive
My Project
Our students would like to learn professional skill and offer dinners, catered events, and personal chef services to families and friends. As a team we would like to offer gourmet food to students for breakfast and lunch as well as food for school concessions during games.
This equipment will allow them to create and make professional quality dishes like plated three course meal for family, wedding cakes, and food for school concessions.
Students would also like to work with the drama department and offer three course meals for dinner theater. Go Roadrunners
