My Students

Our school is a small town charter school that doesn't receive a lot of funding. ALL students receive free breakfast and lunch. The students here are a great bunch of kids. They have a lot of personality and are well-rounded. Many have a lot of potential.

However, the majority of students come from low-income families who do not have any additional income they can share with the school to help their children experience new things.

With DonorsChoose.org, I hope to bring experiences to them that they would not have had the opportunity to even know existed. I need your help to make that help!

My Project

Being able to step in when needed and know what to do in any situation is not easy for some people. With this project, I will be able to provide my students with the knowledge and understanding to do just that.

Sometimes it is a matter of life or death, this project will give my students the tools to make that choice easier.

Having trained in CPR is something that everyone needs to know to help their fellow human. Not only knowing what to do but having the confidence to do it. That will only come with practice, practice, and more practice. With this project, I will be able to provide the mannequins and AED trainers that will allow my students to have that practice.
