My Project

Students are struggling. Behavior problems are up, trauma is all around, and children are having trouble adjusting to this post-covid world. As educators we are responsible for how the children we educate enter the "real" world.

Rewarded and supported students show growth.

By allowing students access to free printable resources, warmies for times of grief, and rewards for wanted behavior we can show students that their actions matter, but they will not be held to the standards of their past selves.

We can change the culture. Having a focus on building strong character in our building will directly transfer to how our students hold themselves when they leave our schools. It is vital in an ever-evolving time in education we meet the students where they are and learn to adapt with them. Only then can we see the truth in our teaching.
