Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The pandemic has affected my students by disrupting their education and creating chaos. I want to create a space where they can learn and feel relaxed no matter how hectic their days may be. If they have a space that they feel comfortable in then they will be able to work in a more timely manner. Having different lighting and furniture will help calm the anxieties of the day. We do a lot of board work and the laminator will help do this work at their desk. The pandemic has made these kids grow up quicker than they needed to and bringing different elements to the class takes away some of the stress.
