Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students will be taught remotely this year. For some this might be their first experience. I would like to be able to create a remote environment that mimics the classroom so if and when they go back into the school they are familiar with the materials and other items around them. I have been able to access some supplies, but due to limited access to the building I have not been able to secure the larger and most needed items to be used with the students.

My Project

These materials will make remote learning easier for students to have better visuals remotely. It will be used for all reading, writing, math , social studies and science. I will also use this to help with the social and emotional supports that will be in place to help them through the pandemic. It will be easy for the students to see examples on a larger platform. They can see what a classroom will have when they are able to return safely. I will give them the best possible remote classroom I can from where I am. These items will help create a better classroom remotely for my students.
