My Students

My students benefit from flexible seating and choosing the best work environment for themselves.

It is important that the students feel safe, emotionally attached to our classroom and have a place to feel comfortable learning and working, either in a group, partnership or individually.

What ever we can do to promote the best environment for them, we are going to do!! No matter what!!

Having different places to sit and work, as well as, different material and locations of the seating is something we are trying to achieve in our classroom.

Because our classroom is filled with diverse learners ranging in backgrounds from special education students to high level learners, having differentiated seating will promote learning and comfort to promote the best learning environment possible.

My Project

My students benefit from flexible seating and choosing the best work environment for themselves. Having a reading couch where students can sit comfortably, relax and have a conversation about what they are reading will help to promote better understanding and further their knowledge of reading.

What ever we can do to promote the best environment for them, we are going to do!!
