Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My classroom is filled with talented, creative scholars, and my personal goal has always been to create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment where they can thrive. Currently, we’re using an old shoe organizer to store our headsets and mice, but it has seen better days and is starting to fall apart.

Research shows that a tidy environment can significantly reduce stress and enhance student well-being.

That’s why I’m requesting cubbies to replace our current organizer. These cubbies would provide a practical solution for storing headsets, lunchboxes, and other personal items, helping us maintain a more organized and inviting space for both current and future students.

Additionally, the coat hangers I’m asking for would allow my students to safely store their outerwear and backpacks, keeping our classroom free from clutter. This small change can make a big difference, as studies indicate that an organized classroom can improve student concentration and engagement by up to 30%.

In summary, investing in a coat hanger and cubby storage cabinet will not only help us maintain a cleaner classroom, but also foster a more productive and positive learning experience for all. Thank you so much for considering this request; your support means the world to us!
