My Project

I work in a small Title 1 school serving low-income students. I want to provide them with a warm and inviting classroom environment, where they feel welcome and comfortable. To do this, I’m creating a cozy corner in my classroom. This space will serve primarily as a reading area and a place where students can go to read, work on Chromebooks, or play educational games.

To accomplish this goal I’m in need of floor pillows, bean bag chairs, and a book shelf to store books.

I want my students to have a home away from home in my classroom. I’d greatly appreciate any donations to my cause and I know my students will be so appreciative and love using this new space.
