My Project

With the increasing concerns of germs and air quality due to wildfires, I want to ensure that my students have a clean and healthy learning environment. The Swiffer and Lysol wipes will help keep surfaces disinfected, reducing the spread of germs and creating a safer space for everyone. The air purifier will help remove allergens and airborne particles, improving air quality in a classroom where students are constantly coming and going. By maintaining a clean environment, students can focus on learning without the added worry of getting sick or feeling uncomfortable due to poor air quality.

My goal for this project is to create an equitable and welcoming classroom where every student has the resources they need to succeed.

Many of my students do not have access to basic supplies, so providing pencils, glue sticks, and markers ensures that no one is left behind due to financial barriers. When students have the tools they need, they can fully engage in creative and hands-on learning activities. A well-stocked classroom fosters collaboration, confidence, and a sense of ownership over their education.

What makes my students special is their resilience, diversity, and eagerness to learn. Many of them come from hardworking families and juggle responsibilities beyond the classroom, yet they still show up ready to engage and grow. My students bring unique perspectives, cultures, and ideas into the classroom, making it a vibrant and dynamic space. By providing them with a clean and well-equipped environment, I hope to honor their dedication and give them the best possible opportunity to thrive.
