Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The goal of this project is to cultivate an environment where every student can thrive academically, emotionally, and socially. By integrating these sensory resources and a rug into our learning space, we aim to facilitate a more holistic educational experience.

Through this initiative, we aspire to promote self-regulation, reduce stress, and increase focus among our students.

My students' resilience, curiosity, and unwavering spirit continually inspire us to explore innovative approaches to teaching.

These sensory resources will not only create an area where the students' different emotional learning styles will be addressed but also create a more inclusive and immersive classroom, ensuring that each student's individual needs and preferences are acknowledged and valued.
