My Students

I am a reading teacher and interventionist in a wonderful school in Wisconsin. My students are exceptional, and I love going to school every day to see the sparkle in my students' eyes. I also get to connect with students of various ages during and after school. I truly have the most special job in the world and treasure every day with my students! My students love to read, pretend and imagine. They are curious and love to learn! We all participate in learning every day. They love so many fun activities throughout the year, and we hope to add even more. My students are amazing!

My Project

We are asking for some beautiful along with some necessary classroom basics, books, decorations and organization items to get our year off to a great start! My students would love to have a very special place to learn. I am so excited to have found so many neat, necessary and exciting goodies to make our classroom look great for them! We are asking for pen and pencil holders, phonics cards and books, fabric, rugs, weighted sand, folders, a DVD player, a writing stool, paper trays, a lamp, inspirational bulletin board decorations, pom poms, bulletin board borders, a tablecloth, a table, plants, and other goodies to make our learning space beautiful, efficient, inviting and fun!

I would like our classroom to be a reading and writing retreat and I spent a lot of time trying to create an inspirational, beautiful, relaxing, motivating and safe place to learn to read!

I am creating a very special reading and writing corner and classroom for my students with a little nightlight, pen and pencil holders, a desk pad, a lamp, paper trays, pillows and a writing stool. They will just love to hunker down and read great books in this area! I am also creating different learning areas in the room using the fabric, the tablecloth the table, the rugs and the plants. I will make beautiful bulletin boards with inspirational quotes that will provide positive messages to my students all day long! My students will learn about letters and reading words with the phonics cards, the DVD player for student reading activities to be played on and weighted sand. I am so excited about creating this beautiful classroom for my students to escape, relax, enjoy and to learn in. Thank you so much for your support!
