Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This year, my science students across all three grades have been working on 3D models. We have four operational 3D printers, which we received because we are a Title 1 school. However, due to a budget crisis, we cannot purchase the filament needed to bring these models to life.

These 3D models bring so much joy and a wonderful sense of accomplishment to my students!

This project helps keep their enthusiasm for creating 3D models alive, especially when we can't use a science lab for a specific unit. I prioritize completing one or two 3D model projects during those times.
