My Students

My students need to have a classroom environment that supports their sensory needs and social-emotional growth as they discover and learn together!

The students are explorers, observers, scientists, and mathematicians, and artists.

They love working together on all kinds of projects, especially those that are "hands-on." At our school, they are learning to be part of a small school family and are becoming close friends.

My Project

With these resources, the children will be working together to explore many different concepts throughout the year. They will be able to use these items to apply what they've learned. They will read together, discover together, and create together. These resources connect Science, Math, Language Arts and Arts together through hands-on exploration in a social-emotionally supportive classroom environment. Some of the materials requested include: a sensory table with accessories, a light table with accessories, and a Reading nook with library shelves. The accessories are manipulatives that allow students to engage in Math and Science exploration in an engaging and child-friendly hands-on manner.

Donations to this project will inspire and support some of our youngest learners as they aspire to become the future leaders, Scientists, and Mathematicians of our nation!
