Create a Beautiful Learning Environment

Help me give my students the opportunity to create a colorful atmosphere in our classroom, hallways, and musical and drama productions with rolls of colorful kraft paper.

My Project

PES would like to have a bulletin board cart and rolls of paper for projects. Each year the staff has a small amount of funding to purchase needed supplies. We do not have extra to purchase paper for Drama/Musical productions. We want our students and their families to enter our school and see colorful displays of inspiration and student creative ability.

By providing rolls of paper and a holder for the paper, you will allow us to do more creative, hands-on, and colorful projects.

We will have what we need to provide for individual and class projects. For example this year we are reading Bridge to Terabithia, by Katherine Paterson, I would love to have the large rolls of paper for them to create the world of Terabithia. We could also have more door decorating contests. We would have what we need to do props and decorations for our Drama/Musical productions. This year we are creating the world of Willy Wonka. Most of the materials will have to be provided by staff or families.

In short, we are a low socioeconomic school seeking a little color and creative outlets for our students.
