My Students

I have such a wonderful group of creative Kindergarten kids-but I don't have all the supplies I need to engage them in fun art projects in our classroom. Since they only get to visit the art teacher for a half hour each week, it's vital that I have the right materials for them to do art in our room.

I teach a diverse Kindergarten class with nearly half of my students being ELL (English Language Learners).

Many of my students couldn't afford to go to preschool, so they're attending school for the first time when they come to my classroom. They are great group of kids and they're always eager to learn and try new things.

My Project

My students would love to have 12 packs of construction paper in vibrant assorted colors. I can only imagine the exciting art projects we'd be able to make with all of this paper! Of course, organization is critical in any Kindergarten classroom, so the sturdy paper storage center would be the perfect way to neatly store all of our new construction paper. My students' projects and paintings will surely be a wet and sticky mess once they've created them, so the 2 tabletop drying racks will allow their masterpieces to stay safely out of the way until they're dry.
