My Project

What to do in the cold weather during lunch when you can’t take the students outside? Sitting inside gets boring and very loud, what is a teacher to do? I know, start a crochet lunch club.

Your donations can help me receive the startup tools needed to start this club.

Crocheting is an art that had become popular again. I was taught by my grandmother and mother and I would like to pass this art along to my students.

This will not only keep them busy during lunch, but also learn a skill that can help the community and their families and hopefully teach their children the art of crochet. I can not wait to see their faces when they make their first scarf or lap blanket.
