Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We will use these magnetic numbers and letters as visual support for students; it is important for them to have a visual of the letter/number that we are studying/reviewing or practicing each week. Also, they will be able to touch and see the letters and numbers.

The craft materials will be used to form, decorate and create letters such as the first letter of their names or the letter of the week.

This will help students to relate the letters to their own name and will help them to learn/retain and make connections while developing their fine motor skills. Please help me give my students magnetic letters and numbers, craft materials like glitter paint, wiggly eyes, craft tape, Fancy Pipe Stems, Wikki Stix, and magnetic hooks.
