Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We would like to help our kiddos in our school have a cozy corner in each classroom, and service providers' rooms (speech-language, occupational therapy, psychologist, social worker, psychologist, etc.).

Our cozy corner will provide a place where our kiddos can go when they need a sensory break or when they need to wind down.

While we want our kiddos to feel relaxed, we also want to provide them with brain-stimulating materials like sensory floor tiles and calming corner kits to keep them busy. Sensory-seeking children love a place to go and relax, offering a variety of tactile items.
