My Project

I am writing this project to get my students hats and cozy socks to wear during the winter months. So many of my students stand at the bus stop or walk to school and do not have the proper winter gear to stand outside in the cold weather.

Keeping our children warm during the colder months is essential to their overall health and physical, emotional, and cognitive development.

Only when a child is sufficiently warm can their energy be used to support the developing brain. Children must dress in layers when they go outside in the cold, and these items I'm requesting will allow them to keep warm.

Ms. Grist Horizon Science Academy - Youngstwn Grades 3-5
