Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This project will allow my students to have a designated area where they can go to take a break, relax, regroup, or share time with their peers if needed. Our school days are full learning completing projects , and collaborating with our peers. This can be overwhelming on our students. Having an area where they can go and regroup can be very beneficial for the rest of their day. Having materials such as flexible seating , comfy cushions , books and sensory toys can really help students feel it’s an area that is safe and welcoming.
