My Project

Hello, my name is Nurse AJ, and I have the honor of serving the little beavers of our Elementary School! The goal of this project is to create a cozy, clean clinic that is equipped to meet the physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs of my students, ultimately fostering a better learning experience for them. The items I am requesting, including blankets, underwear, fidget spinners, laundry detergent, and clothing for when accidents occur, will provide immediate relief and comfort to students in need. By addressing these basic needs, I aim to create a space where students feel safe, supported, and ready to return to class.

These items will make a significant difference in my students' learning by removing distractions and reducing the anxiety they may experience due to discomfort or embarrassment.

Having clean clothes and the necessary tools for self-regulation, such as fidget spinners, allows students to focus better on their work and engage more fully in their education. A cozy, well-equipped clinic will ensure that students feel cared for, which is a critical foundation for their emotional and physical well-being. This project is an investment in the overall success of my students, helping them feel secure, confident, and ready to thrive in their academic journey.
