My Students

My students are enrolled in a math intervention class in order to help bridge the gap from the loss of in-person instruction due to Covid school closures.

The majority of my students are from a lower socioeconomic background, and they possess a strong desire to graduate from a 4-year college and beyond.

They are bused in and are from diverse cultural backgrounds. They are middle school students who are eager to learn and happy to be back in school. They want to stay in school.

My Project

My project is designed to keep the students and staff as safe as possible from Covid. I am requesting items that will help keep the classroom clean and the students as healthy as possible.

We will be using the gloves for those students who feel more comfortable wearing them have families which cannot afford to regularly purchase them.

The masks will be given to students who wear masks that don't fit properly and securely. The sanitizers will be used on classroom supplies after each use and on student supplies as needed. Students often ask me for sanitizers, but I only have limited supplies.
