My Students

I have an amazing group of students to call "my kids" this year! They come from a small community of hard working parents who just want the best for their children. They are encouraged to succeed and that makes them eager to do more.

They are energetic, full of enthusiasm, and eager to learn.

I am blessed to be able to teach these children.

My Project

The toothbrush cases will be their personal pencil case that will stay in the classroom. I will place a couple of pencils in their case (with their name on it), and they will not have to take a pencil out of the room and no one else will ever use it. Dry-erase boards and markers will be assigned to individual students so they are not sharing materials.

The materials I have requested are going to be crucial in my attempt to make social distancing and keeping our students from sharing supplies in my classroom.

They each will need their own supplies, but my attempt is to keep them from having to travel outside the classroom for any materials in order to keep the room more sanitized. The boards and markers will be used daily for review and hold up answers to be highly visible so I am not having to walk so closely to each student as often.

My goal is to teach the students to the best of my ability with the supplies I have requested. Thank you so much for anything you can give us.
