This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We are in desperate need of a class set of four function calculators. We don't want basic math to be a barrier when applying higher order thinking skills.

My students want to be successful.

They do not let the fact that 90% of them come from low socioeconomic homes determine what they can and can not do. A lot of the times, they don't have the supplies needed for class, but they still try hard each and every day. Overall, they want to do well.

We hope that we can Count On You to help us.
