Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students love fidgets, and I mean LOVE fidgets! Last year, they went through my entire selection in the first month. Going into this school year, I want to make sure they have everything they need to be successful, and for me, their counselor, that means plenty of fidgets!

I am moving into a new office space this year and want to make it feel warm and inviting for my students.

Items like the rug, breathing lotus, and weighted stuffed animal will help me to make my office a space where they feel safe and supported. Organization is a key part of this, as clutter can be stressful! By using the cart, bins, and pen/pencil organizer, I can ensure that the space remains stress-free. I can’t wait to make this space the best it can possibly be for my students!
