Help me give my students flexible seating and some extra calm-down choices in my counseling office. I've finally created the environment I have envisioned. There's just one last thing missing.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
This project will help my students have seating choices in my counseling space. It will also provide resources for the students to use throughout the school year.
I have the pleasure of working with all of the students in P.S.
377. I see students with disabilities, non-IEP students, ELL, and more for a variety of different social skills needs. These materials will make a difference to my students because they can help provide new opportunities in the counseling setting. My office is a safe space for my students and I want them to always feel welcome. These resources can only help.
