Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Homework is a very important part of the home school connection. Homework serves as a reinforcement for the work that the students learned that week. In order to provide my students with homework, we need copy paper. we also use copy paper to copy the writing paper.

My students are wonderful.

They have special needs. They don't always like to do the home-work in the book provided, so I make copies of fun activities related to the topics that we are studying for the week. They love to learn and play. They are really a unique bunch.

My Project

These cases will be used for writing paper, home-work packets, math, and newsletters. My students are all different so I make copies of writing paper. Each copy is different because of special lines that would meet the needs of each student. Home-work will be tailored to meet each student's needs. Instead of using the same material for the class, I would be able to differentiate the home-work packet.

As a teacher, I go through a lot of copy paper.

I purchase a case each year with my own money, and it is not enough. I find myself begging parents for copy paper. I work at a title 1 school. Most parents cannot afford to send in a pack of paper. If they do send a pack it only lasts for a week or less. It would not be fair to only make copies for the children who bring in paper. We really need this paper. Thank you for take the time to assist us.
