My Project

I am creating a recess group to help students learn about their bodies, breathing, and focus, and to learn about activities to help them with stress, anxiety, and depression. This activity is yoga! The yoga rolling cart and cleaner will help to maintain the organization and cleanliness of the room and our materials. The yoga mats and blocks are vital to the practice of yoga and provide students with boundaries of where they may practice yoga in a safe format. Thank you for helping my students with the ability to help with managing their emotions and bodies!
