Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our school is equipped with a science lab that provides teachers with a dedicated space for facilitating hands-on activities and experiments. This resource is available to all students from Kindergarten through 5th grade. As part of our commitment to enhancing science education, we emphasize the importance of experiential learning.

However, the science lab currently lacks adequate ventilation, as it has no operable windows, resulting in poor airflow.

To address this issue, we are requesting three fans to improve air circulation and cool the space. At present, teachers are bringing fans from their classrooms to ensure proper airflow during their sessions. Providing dedicated fans in the lab will relieve teachers of this burden, allowing them to focus solely on their students' learning experience.
